The Visa Australia visa is for investors/business people who have successful business or investment career who have made a government approved designated investment of A$1,500,000 in a state or territory of Australia for a term of at least four (4) years
To be eligible you must be under 45, have good English, high level management skills and a track record of successful management in a qualifying business or of eligible investment activities.
You must also have a commitment to develop and maintain an ownership interest in a business in Australia, maintain direct and continuous involvement in the management of that business and own significant personal assets, which you can transfer to Australia if granted the visa.
With this visa your family can accompany you to Australia and get permission to study and work in Australia and also offers a pathway for business people to gain permanent residency.
