This visa is for investors and business people who hold a provisional investor visa, are sponsored by a state/territory authority, have an overall successful record of business or investment activities and are willing to invest funds in a designated investment in Australia for four years.
To be eligible you must have been in Australia for 2 of the last 4 years.
With this visa you work in a new or existing business, your family can accompany you to Australia and get permission to study and work in Australia and you have the right to live in Australia as a permanent resident for five years after which, you will need to apply for a resident return visa).
