To be eligible for application of this visa you must have complied with all obligations of the provisional business visa you held, as well as meeting requirements regarding business ownership, residence in Australia, sufficient business assets and turnover and provided employment to Australian citizens or permanent residents
With this visa you work in a new or existing business, your family can accompany you to Australia and get permission to study and work in Australia and you have the right to live in Australia as a permanent resident for five years after which, you will need to apply for a resident return visa).
