This Business Talent Visa (Migrant) to permanent allows high calibre business people who own or own part of an overseas business, to travel to Australia to set up a new business or purchase a share in an existing Australian business.
To be eligible you must be under 55, have good English, own significant personal assets and recently owned or had an interest in a business whose annual turnover of at least $3,000,000 AUD annually.
With this visa you work in a new or existing business, your family can accompany you to Australia and get permission to study and work in Australia and you have the right to live in Australia as a permanent resident for five years after which, you will need to apply for a resident return visa).
